Healing Candida & Leaky Gut

Candida is a problem many people have from antibiotics, birth control pills, alcohol, GMOs, processed food and sugar over the years.

I feel you! Had it for years (unknowingly), now feeling so much better incorporating this protocol, which I'm sharing with you  

You just have to understand which foods are feeding the bad bacteria (fruit, sugar, starchy veg, mushrooms) and avoid those, eat food that KILL bad bacteria (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) & heal the gut! 


Here's a list, to help you make the best decisions possible about what you put in your precious temple. 





Warm, soft, mushy + cultured food
Pureed soups - easy to digest
Bone broth – onion, garlic, sea veggies, turmeric, black cumin seed, sea salt - option to add greens to this & make it a meal, or fast on bone broth for parts of the day to give your digestive system a break & heal the gut. More info & instructions here:
Lemon water Apple cider vinegar
Veggies – asparagus, avocado, brussels sprouts, cucumber, kale, lettuce, parsley, spinach, watercress, radishes, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, zucchini
Sweeteners – only ground STEVIA (avoid everything else – avoid dates, fruit, maple syrup, agave, sugar of all types, honey, coconut nectar and sugar…)
If you're going to have small amounts of fruit, berries or apples are better choices than high glycemic bananas or mangos.
COCONUT BUTTER is great, it is sweet - have a spoonful if you have a sugar craving Coconut chips, "coconut smiles" if you can find them or order them *The great thing about coconut is that it is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial so it doesn’t feed the candida, yet it satisfies a sweet tooth! *


Anise / fennel / dill

Licorice (DGL), slippery elm, marshmallow ,berberine, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract P’au Darko Nettle Betain HCl + pepsin B vitamins vit c vit d probiotics fermented cod liver oil bitter herbs & bile salts homeopathics fiber – psylium husk, chia (soaked in water 20 min), ground flax (I realize this is a large list, you don't need every one. Lectins – grains (gluten, oatmeal, rice)
legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas)
Nightshades – tomatoes, potatoes (sweet potatoes ok for some), peppers, eggplant, goji berries (they promote inflammation)
Peanuts, Cashews, pistachios (high in mould)
Mushrooms (fungus)
Carrots / beets – higher in sugar – small amounts may be ok – feel it out.
All fruit, sugar and sweeteners (except stevia, some berries / apples ok)


Healing it on an energetic level as well. It's not only a physiological issue. Find a chakra healer or reiki practitioner in your area to clear the energetic blocks.
