The Retreat Experience

 

Retreats are conducted in small groups of 3 – 4 people (private & couples options available).

You are welcome to share what you like, what you don’t like, what you want to learn & any health issues you are improving. Let's balance your energy!

Cooking Retreat includes full 6 hour retreat day + two 30 min coaching / healing sessions (over phone / video) before & after the retreat to personalize the experience to your goals & needs & support you in taking action & getting results.
